Economic Development Partnership
Launched in 2006, the Danville/Boyle County Economic Development Partnership (EDP) is an innovative, collaborative public-private partnership unifying and coordinating the interrelated community and economic development missions, resources, and initiatives of its partners.
The EDP’s partner organizations include the Danville-Boyle County Chamber Commerce, the Boyle County Industrial Foundation, both the Heart of Danville and Perryville Revitalization Main Street Programs, the Danville-Boyle County Convention & Visitors Bureau, as well as the local governments of Boyle County, Kentucky, and the Cities of Danville, Junction City, and Perryville, serving a total community population of 28,579 citizens.
Governed by an active Board of seven (7) Directors representing local leadership in both the private and public sectors, the EDP is designed to ensure that the partner organizations work in concert to provide Danville/Boyle County with an exemplary array of economic development services in a coordinated and cost-effective manner.
